Long Stay Conditions as follows:-
Long stay is 14 days or more.
Full month rate available
No lease applicable
Includes:
- Fully furnished room with small fridge and microwave on request subject to availability.
- Room serviced and bed linen changed every 5th day.
- Secure on site parking and 24 hour armed response.
- TV with Openview (21 TV Channels and 29 Radio Channels).
- Water and lights included.
- Limited Wi-Fi included.
- Use of the communal kitchen, swimming pool, braai & entertainment area .
Excludes:
- Any overnight visitors, spouse, family, friends.
- Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, soap & lotion sachets in the room.
